As founders of Oke & Tempo, we came to this work by different paths. Together, our experience spans major developers, listed companies and projects across Australia and internationally.
That experience taught us the value of discipline: beginning with a clear idea, choosing the right people and carrying that idea through from beginning to end.
It also clarified what we wanted to do next: create at a scale that keeps us close to each project and to the people who will ultimately call it home.
The scale of Filaro is deliberate. Neither a single private residence nor a large apartment development, it occupies the space between: intimate in character, with the substance to endure.
We hope the care taken in making these homes is felt in the way they are lived in.
