North Perth has the rare ease of a neighbourhood that feels established without standing still. Around Angove Street, cafés, restaurants and independent businesses are part of everyday life.
On Woodville Street, the character becomes quieter and more residential, with established homes and mature gardens. Filaro belongs naturally within that setting, with the life of the neighbourhood close at hand and a sense of calm at home.

Oke & Tempo, the development partnership behind Filaro, chose to work with Space Collective Creative, one of Perth’s most distinctive architecture and design practices.
The focus was never simply on how Filaro would look, but on how the homes would work, how they would feel, and how they would belong to North Perth.
Planning, light, privacy, outlook and landscape were considered together from the start, with each decision informing the next.
